We invite your business team and dedicated community members to participate in our annual CILA Care & Connect Cleanup—a meaningful day focused on enhancing the homes and lives of adults with developmental disabilities in our community.

This is more than just a cleanup; it's an opportunity for hands-on team building, community engagement, and deeply connecting with the vital mission of Oak Leyden.

The Mission: Caring & Connecting

Our Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) are the homes of individuals with developmental disabilities. By joining this event, your team will directly contribute to creating a safer, cleaner, and more beautiful environment for the residents.

What Your Team Will Achieve:

  • Caring for Spaces: Tasks will range from mulching, gardening, painting, clearing debris, washing windows, and light interior improvements.
  • Connecting with the Mission: Volunteers will get a tangible understanding of how CILAs function and the supportive community we strive to build around our residents.
